Novation Launchkey Mini 37 mk4 White is a compact MIDI controller with 37 synth-style mini-keys, 16 FSR pads featuring polyphonic aftertouch, 8 encoders, an OLED display, and a 3.5 mm TRS MIDI output. The White variant features white and grey mini-keys – functionally identical to the black version. Compared to the full-size Launchkey 49 mk4: no faders, no pitch bend or modulation wheels, compact mini-keys, weight 1.02 kg. Bundled software includes Ableton Live Lite, Cubase LE, Novation Play, GForce, Klevgrand, Orchestral Tools, and Melodics.
Portable Without Compromising Creative Tools
The Mini 37 delivers the same creative modes as the full-size Launchkey: Scale Mode (30 scales), Fixed Chord, Chord Map, and Arpeggiator with step editing. The 16 FSR pads with radial sensors respond to both velocity and polyphonic aftertouch – functioning as drums, clip launchers, chord triggers, and a step sequencer within Ableton Live. Dedicated scripts for 7 DAWs provide transport/mixer/device integration without configuration. NKS-compatible for Native Instruments. Custom mapping profiles are configured via Novation Components and stored in internal memory. MIDI output uses a 3.5 mm TRS connector rather than 5-pin DIN – a TRS-to-DIN adapter is included in the box.
