The transducer stack pairs a 15-inch ferrite woofer with a 1-inch titanium compression driver, crossed over at 2.4 kHz (24 dB/oct.). The biamplified system splits power between a 1,000-watt LF and a 300-watt HF stage, both Class-D, both convection-cooled. Frequency response reaches 38 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) with a maximum peak SPL of 126 dB. A thermal limiter alongside peak and RMS protection keeps the amplifier stable under sustained high-output conditions – relevant for bands running long sets at full gain.
Mic, line, and Hi-Z on both channels – no DI needed
Both XLR/TRS combo inputs accept microphone, balanced line, and Hi-Z instrument signals simultaneously, which means a guitarist or bassist can plug straight into the Thrash215 without a DI box. Each channel has its own dedicated gain control – that's the entire signal path. No EQ, no voicing presets, no app pairing. The Mix Out XLR output carries the combined signal from both channels downstream to a subwoofer, a second cabinet, or a recording interface.
Pole-mounted PA or floor wedge – both without adapters
The reinforced polypropylene enclosure includes a standard 35mm pole socket and a dual-angle bevel that converts the Thrash215 into a 45-degree floor monitor without any additional hardware. Four recessed handles distributed around the cabinet make one- or two-person load-ins manageable at 18.5 kg. The powder-coated steel grille and impact-resistant shell are built to handle regular loading dock and van-floor contact without developing structural issues.
