Active + Passive System – One Cable Between Speakers
The Kreate 3 operates as an integrated pair: all electronics, amplification, controls, and inputs are housed in the left active speaker, which feeds the right passive speaker through the included interconnect cable. This eliminates the need to power each speaker separately and simplifies desk cabling. The rear panel of the active speaker provides three analogue inputs: balanced TRS jack 6.35 mm, unbalanced RCA, and a 3.5 mm AUX input – no XLR (unlike the Kreate 5 and 8). Bluetooth 5.3 A2DP enables wireless streaming. A ±2 dB shelving EQ on both LF and HF allows acoustic adaptation to the room. A factory-installed foam pad isolates the speaker from desk vibrations.
