Four array shapes instead of a fixed horn throw
Eight drivers mounted on a flexible baffle, hinged at two points, give four vertical coverage positions – Straight, C, J, and Reverse J – instead of the fixed throw of a typical horn-loaded speaker on a pole stand, which often sends high frequencies over the heads of listeners. An engineer shapes the pole to fit the room: C works for floor-level shows with a standing crowd, J and Reverse J suit raked seating or bleachers, and Straight fits a simple setup on a tall stage. The system switches EQ automatically to match whichever position is chosen, so reshaping the array doesn't call for manually retuning the correction each time.
Bi-amping and a low crossover point – clean vocals at high SPL
Two independent Class-D amplifiers power the mid-high pole and the 12-inch woofer separately, and the crossover sits at 600 Hz, lower than a typical two-way design, so the vocal range is handled mostly by the eight-driver array rather than a single horn-loaded compression driver. That keeps vocals intelligible when the volume gets pushed at a loud outdoor event or wedding, instead of turning harsh and fatiguing the way conventional two-way horn designs tend to at high output.
