Torso Electronics T1 is an advanced 16-track algorithmic sequencer that redefines the approach to hardware sequencing. Designed for experimental producers and live performers, the T1 combines an intuitive workflow with deep generative capabilities. Instead of traditional step-by-step programming, it offers tools based on Euclidean algorithms, allowing you to quickly create complex, evolving rhythmic and melodic structures.
Each of the 16 polyphonic tracks can function as a drum sequencer, melodic sequencer, or advanced arpeggiator. The device allows you to "sculpt" music in real time using 18 endless encoders and 23 backlit RGB pads. A unique modulation system enables random changes to any parameter, which, combined with scale locking and voice-leading algorithms, opens up endless creative possibilities. The T1 integrates seamlessly into any studio with a rich set of connections: MIDI (USB and TRS), CV/Gate, and wireless Ableton Link.
