PMC 8-2 SUB-L — active subwoofer with twin 8-inch bass drivers and ATL™ bass-loading, delivering high headroom and ultra-precise low-end down to 25Hz. Built on the same DSP platform as the PMC8 SUB, it offers increased SPL and deeper extension, making it ideal for immersive and multi-channel systems. With dual 400W Class-D amplifiers and a 3-meter ATL™, it can be used as a standalone sub or as an XBD extension with PMC6-2 or PMC8-2 systems for massive power and range.
The PMC 8-2 SUB is available in both left- and right-oriented cabinets (PMC8-2 SUB-L or PMC8-2 SUB-R), allowing for ideal placement of bass drivers on the outer edges of stereo setups. Full configuration is available either via rear-panel controls or over the network using the SoundAlign™ browser-based interface. With advanced tuning capabilities, transparent response, and robust integration features, the 8-2 SUB-L is a professional solution for powerful, clean bass in any reference-grade monitoring system.
