Nord Stage 4 88 introduces a brand new panel design with dedicated LED faders for each Layer, delivering exceptional overview and flexibility when crafting sounds and performing live. The new Preset Library provides inspiring, ready-to-use Piano, Synth and Organ sounds complete with effects. The Layer Scene function allows seamless, silent switching between two fully independent sound setups at the press of a button.
The Piano section offers 2 GB of memory with an enhanced collection of Grand and Upright pianos, Electric Pianos, and Clavinet/Harpsichord sounds, featuring Advanced String Resonance, Dynamic Compression and a new Unison function. The Synth section is built around the powerful Nord Wave 2 Engine — combining Virtual Analog, FM, Wavetable synthesis and 1 GB of sample playback across three independent layers, complete with an advanced Arpeggiator.
