The crossover sits at 2.5 kHz for a smooth transition between drivers. The rear panel provides two shelving EQ controls – LF and HF – each with –2 / –1 / 0 / +1 dB steps. These allow compensation for rear-wall proximity, corner gain, or excess high-frequency brightness without an external processor. The MDF enclosure is PVC vinyl-wrapped with a reinforced high-impact polystyrene faceplate. A factory-installed foam pad under the monitor dampens vibrations and isolates the speaker from the desk surface.
