Heritage Audio i73 Pro 2 is a 2-in / 4-out USB-C audio interface designed for guitarists and producers, featuring transformer-balanced Class A preamps, JFET Hi-Z input, built-in DSP with real-time effects, and the Heritage Audio MIXER software for ultra-low-latency monitoring and flexible routing.
Inspired by the iconic British 73-style console module, the i73 Pro 2 delivers a vintage sound character through its fully discrete Class A circuitry and transformer-balanced signal path. It provides up to 70 dB of clean gain, making it ideal for any microphone, including passive ribbon mics. The front panel includes a dedicated JFET Hi-Z DI input for electric guitars, basses, or acoustic pickups, while the rear panel offers combo XLR-1/4" inputs, TRS monitor and headphone outputs, and MIDI I/O.
The onboard DSP mixer enables direct real-time monitoring with customizable headphone and monitor mixes. It allows simultaneous recording of wet and dry signals, along with loopback functionality. Included Heritage Audio DSP-powered plugins emulate classic analog gear, reducing CPU load and delivering authentic hardware-like sound inside the interface itself.
